VOCATIONS WEEK:
Please see the back of this Newsletter for information on how we can
help our children find their vocation.
We dedicate the week of January 8-12 to this journey.
REGISTRATION REMINDER: In order to ensure your child a spot in his
class for 2007-08, don’t forget to send in your registration form with payment
by the deadline date of January 16.
After that date, registration will be opened up to Ss. Peter and Paul families,
then to all other interested families.
Thank you.
FIRST SACRAMENTS MEETING: Second graders will receive the sacraments of
First Reconciliation on February 14 and First Communion on April 29. There will be a meeting on Thursday, January
11, to explain the sacramental process.
We ask that at least one parent of each second grader attend this very
important meeting.
PAUSE (PAWS) FOR PRAISE: Ted Gramann, a
parishioner active in many volunteer activities, would like to thank eighth
grader Kevin Bishop for helping the Reading Volunteers. Kevin was the only eighth grader who signed
up for this project, and his work was much appreciated.
“CELL PHONE” TIME: Since we can depend on the accuracy of cell
phone time, we will be using them to set our school clocks. Please check the “Principal’s Page” on our
school website for more info.
FIRST RECOGNITION: Congratulations to eighth graders Kelly
Davidson, Kiki Isaac, and Jenna
Juillerat for scoring well enough on the MND STS
Placement Test administered on November 18 to be designated “Billiart Honorees”.
These girls will be recognized at a special ceremony on Wednesday,
January 10, at

A
SPECIAL MESSAGE
The
past 12 years have flown by, and I’ve enjoyed the entire time.
However,
I’ve decided to pursue other activities
and
will be leaving (retiring) at the end of the 2006-07 school year.
As
with all principals’ openings,
the
position will be advertised
and
applicants will be interviewed by a committee
that
will be formed for this purpose.
