HOOPS FOR HEART: Parents,
please make sure to sign and send in to school your child’s permission slip so

encouraged in order to fight America’s No. 1 and No. 3 killers—heart disease and stroke. Permission
slips are mandatory and must be turned in no later than next Friday,
February 10, in order for your child to participate.
