OPENING PRAYER - The meeting was called to order by Tamara Anderson, PTO President.
MEN’S CLUB/MONTE CARLO PRESENTATION - Eric Fortner explained the function of Men’s Club. Their monthly meetings are held the first Monday of the month. Their projects benefit both the church and parish. Monte Carlo supports the Computer Room and the salary for the computer teacher. The Notre Dame trip raises approximately $2000 for music ministry. They sponsor a golf outing and participate in the parish festival.
Their Monte Carlo reverse raffle tickets are currently for sale. They cost $25 a ticket, with 500 being sold (so far, 200 sold). Please attend the Monte Carlo which will be held February 3 from 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight. The last 5 years, Men’s Club has averaged $16,000 income from the Monte Carlo.
The PTO membership voted on and approved the purchase of a reverse raffle ticket.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Lisa Schoenberger will put her overview of the Market Day chairperson responsibilities in writing. Other than that correction, the November minutes were approved.

ORGANIZATIONAL REPORTS
COSI on Wheels - The What’s Wild program will come to OLSH on May 2. Volunteer training will be held as we get closer to the program date.
Christmas Shop - April Vogt was unable to attend the meeting. It was reported that things went smoothly.
Market Day - Lisa reported that Kim Mitsch won the $25 Market Day gift certificate. No other Market Day updates.
Note: Per a conversation with Lisa, she should have reported that Sandy Mitsch was the winner of the gift certificate.
We are still looking for volunteers to run the Market Day program next school year.
