An eighth grader at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School recently took part in the Power of the Pen competition at Little Miami Junior High. After three round of intense competion he received a 10th place out of 132 for his writing entitiled "Say Cheese". He said the prompt was Picture Day...... and after thinking it over, he decided not to take the predictable approach but instead to "wing it." ..."What to wear, what to wear?" I thought. I pulled out a pair of beaten blue jeans and a football jersey. I hurriedly put them on so I could get to the bathroom before my annoying big sister.
